This website only collects the information you enter in its forms and the messages you choose to send us on WhatsApp. It uses neither audience measurement nor advertising.

Data collected

Assessment

Full name, company, work email, your answers to the questionnaire and the resulting estimate. Your answers are only sent if you ask to receive your assessment.

Partner application

Full name, company, work email, phone (optional), line of business, number of business clients and message.

WhatsApp conversation

If you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages.

Why we use it

• To send you your assessment and contact you about it.
• To review your application and arrange an initial conversation.
• To reply to your WhatsApp messages.
• To follow up on your request in our customer relationship management tool.

This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Who has access to it

Only the ProSuite team responsible for replying to you and its technical service providers: OVH SAS, in France, for hosting the website, and WhatsApp (Meta group) if you choose to contact us through that channel, under its own terms. Your data is never sold or passed on. Apart from WhatsApp, it is not transferred outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

Three years from our last contact, after which it is deleted, unless a contractual relationship has been entered into in the meantime.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability. Write to us at contact@prosuite.technology.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country: the CNIL (French data protection authority) in France, or the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. The platform hosting it may set a session cookie and store technical information in your browser's local storage, which it needs in order to work. The font is hosted with the website: no request is sent to any third-party service during your visit.
